The hotel is conveniently located near the historic city center and US embassy. Modern and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff. Great for backpackers.

We had a very well-designed room at Unsold's Factory Hotel with a great layout and plenty of storage, despite it being quite compact. The location was also convenient and quiet. The staff at the front desk were really good in their service. The interior and bed linen were also great.

We loved the Hotel's cleanliness, modern facilities, and convenient parking. It was located right next door to the English garden in a great quiet area, not far from the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place, it's in a great location close to many museums and the English garden. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were beautiful, with high-quality amenities such as a flat-screen tv and parquet floor. The dining bar/lounge area was a great place to relax and have a drink, and the special diet menus were a great option. I also appreciated the heating in the room, which made it very cozy.
I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, making our Christmas stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to all the key museums, art galleries, and even the English garden. We were able to explore the old town and other places of interest without any hassle. the hotel had convenient parking facilities, a plus. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
the bed setup was a bit misleading, as it consisted of two single beds pushed together, slightly uncomfortable to sleep.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is in a very quiet and peaceful area, away from the noisy center. it is conveniently located right next door to the English garden, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are well designed with plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a good variety of fresh food options. The staff is exceptional, providing easy communication and secure luggage storage.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as tea, coffee, and a kettle in the room.
